Ergonomic Assessment - Workstation
Karen can provide virtual treatments to help with the proper ergonomic workstation set up. This entails a series of 3 treatments.
- Step 1, initial appointment: initial conversation and introduction - any symptoms, what are the concerns, purpose of self-assessment. A self-assessment form will be sent to the patient with directions to email back with pictures or other documents that are needed. Recommend treatment if needed (separate billings).
- Step 2, follow up: review self-assessment and pictures, discuss options and possibly equipment needs. Re-evaluate the self-assessment once changes are made.
- Step 3, final follow up: follow- up once changes have been made or equipment arrives and the patient has had a chance to experience any difference with the changes.
