ICBC Rehabilitation

Karen Chow has an ICBC vendor number and is able to provide physiotherapy for your approved ICBC claim.

There are no user fees for approved ICBC visits. It will be billed directly to ICBC. If treatments are not approved, patient must pay privately.

Up to 25 treatments are approved if within 3 months of the accident date.

Please choose the ICBC initial appointment for your first visit after an accident, and the ICBC subsequent appointments for any appointments that are needed after.

Dr. Lois Lochhead and Halyna Vreken do not work any ICBC claims. If you wish to see either Dr. Lois or Halyna after an accident, you would have to pay privately, as third party insurance cannot be claimed while an open ICBC claim is active.
